CANCELLATION POLICY – Veliora Wisata

This Cancellation Policy explains the procedures and charges for cancelling a booking made with Veliora Wisata. By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. How to Cancel

To cancel a booking, customers must:

Send a written cancellation request via email to ptvelioratrade@gmail.com
Include the booking reference number and full name of the lead traveler
Specify the reason for cancellation
Cancellations are only effective upon written confirmation from our team

2. Cancellation Charges

The following cancellation fees apply based on the time of cancellation prior to tour start:

30 days or more before tour start: 10% of total booking value (administrative fee)
15 to 29 days before tour start: 25% of total booking value
7 to 14 days before tour start: 50% of total booking value
3 to 6 days before tour start: 75% of total booking value
Less than 3 days before tour start: 100% of total booking value (no refund)

3. Non-Cancellable Bookings

The following are not eligible for cancellation:

Bookings marked as "Non-Refundable" or "Promo"
Last-minute bookings (made within 48 hours of tour start)
Special event or peak season bookings during holidays
Group bookings of 10 or more participants

4. Rescheduling Option

Customers may reschedule their tour instead of cancelling:

Free rescheduling up to 14 days before tour start (subject to availability)
Rescheduling within 14 days may incur a 25% fee
New tour date must be within 12 months of original booking
Price difference must be paid if the new tour is more expensive

5. Cancellation by Veliora Wisata

We reserve the right to cancel tours due to:

Insufficient number of participants
Severe weather conditions or natural disasters
Government travel restrictions or force majeure events
Operational or safety reasons

In such cases, customers will be offered a full refund or free rescheduling.

6. Partial Cancellation

For group bookings, individual travelers may cancel their participation:

Same cancellation fees apply per individual
Remaining group members continue with the original itinerary
Refunds processed to the original booker

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation. Veliora Wisata is not responsible for losses due to unforeseen events covered by travel insurance.
